Rules that apply when you register for classes

Please take note:

1. All levels of training carries a life time support as long as you
   own the dog.
   
   
2. You can call us as many times as you want. No problem.
3. 
   Repetition is a must to achieve goals.
4. 
   Classes are a standard 8-10 weeks but we go according to the
   learning abilities of the dog and owner.
5. 
   In many cases owners learn quicker then their pet and also the reverse is true. We don’t count hours nor the amount of times we
   see you. We are here to help you and guide you.
   
   
6. Take notice that if you procrastinate and don’t practice we will know
   because your dog will tell us.
   (Your course will terminate after 8 weeks)

Equipment:

1. All training equipment is guaranteed for 1 year against breakage. (unless your dog chews it)
   
   
2. Chokers are changed free of charge as your dog grows, you must
   give the old one back.
   
   
3. If your dog eats the training leash it’s not guaranteed you must buy
   another one.
   
   
4. If you loose your choker you must buy another, it’s not replaced for
   free.

O.T Center Rules

1. If you have stopped or not returned a call for rescheduling past 2
   months you will be taken out of the system. You will have to
   re apply, with new charges.
   

1. If you went away on vacation and never called back to reschedule an
   appointment past 2 months you will be taken out of the system. You
   will have to re apply, with new charges.
   

1. If your phone number or email address has changed you must let us
   know, failure to do so can have adverse consequences. It is
   important for us to be able to reach you.
   
   
2. All course applications paid in full on signing or by the first class.
   
3. If arrangements have been made to pay in several installments all
   chqs. must be post dated and given by the first class.
